The Akashi Sake Brewery have been producing spirits, sakes and liqueurs since 1856. They're located in Akashi City, southwest Japan. 

Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu is produced using Ginjo grade Sake, plum and sugar, making a classic Umeshu which that can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Akashi Tai Daiginjo Genshu is a medium bodied sake made from Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, with a milling rate of 38%. It has a taste of Vanilla cream soda and honeyed dried papaya with a sprinkle of pink peppercorns.

Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu, this medium-bodied sake takes two whole months to craft. It's produced only in the mid-late winter months from 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in the Hyogo district. It contains fresh and fruity notes of melon sorbet, honeyed citrus, bitter orange, green grass and sage, peony and and a sparkle of pink peppercorns.

Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu is a light, refreshing sake which is made with yuzu fruit in ginjo-grade sake, giving it a delicious citrus flavour.

Akashi-Tai Junmai Tokubetsu is produced with 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo prefecture. Contains subtle notes of pears and pineapple.

Akashi-Tai Honjozo Tokubetsu is made with Gohyakumangoku rice milled down to just 60% of its original size to produce a tropical, and delicate profile.

Akashi-Tai Junmai Sparkling Sake is Akashi-Tai very own sparkling sake.
